I offer a structured, private engagement resulting in a completed legacy manuscript. Each project is conducted personally and directly with me. I do not operate as an agency, and I do not delegate to junior writers or assistants.
Founder engagements are limited to no more than three per year.
Scope of Work
The comprehensive founder engagement includes:
• Interviews conducted over two weeks, recorded and transcribed
• Narrative architecture design resulting in a detailed manuscript outline
• Chapter-by-chapter drafting and refinement
• A completed manuscript of approximately 160 pages
• Preparation for private printing or controlled publication
The objective is clarity and permanence, not business promotion.
Process

We determine fit, scope, and timing.
2. Structured Interviews
We discuss the decisions, risks, inflection points, and operating philosophy that led to your success.
3. Architecture & Outline
I develop a comprehensive outline of structure for your approval before drafting begins.
4. Manuscript Development
First-draft chapters are delivered as completed for review and refinement.
5. Completion
Incorporating your feedback, the final manuscript is prepared for private printing, family distribution, internal leadership circulation, or selective publication.
Timeline
Most engagements are completed in approximately three months, depending on scheduling and client availability.
Investment
The comprehensive founder engagement is $35,000. This includes the full interview process, narrative architecture, manuscript development, and preparation for private printing. Payment structure aligns with predetermined project milestones.
These engagements are limited to three per year. Most founders who move forward secure a place in the calendar within two weeks of the initial discussion.
Confidentiality
This work often involves sensitive operational and personal history. Confidentiality is formalized in the contract.
